The best modular PSU for my system?

Hey all,

My PSU is slowly crawling to it's death and need a new one...

It's needs to be able to power the following...

Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R
2Gb PC6400 with 2 Gb more to come...
ATI HD 3650
2 320Gb hard drives in Striped RAID
1 Sata DVD-RW

Ideally looking for a very quiet one. Current one buzzes and does my tree in!

also looking for it to be modular to keep it neat and aid cooling.

Oh and it needs to fit in a Coolermast Elite 330 case, so no cake tins please.

I have one and it's great.

It'll go in this case, as I put mine in a Silverstone TJ08 & this case is the same size as the Coolermaster. bit of a tight fit with a optical drive in there as well though
