The best RTS ever made

What would you say is the best RTS ever made? Old or new, something that you still love playing, whether it be C&C1, RA2, Starcraft, TA, or something newer like Supcom or Dawn of War/CoH?

For me its dawn of war or red alert 2, love them both.

anyone know if i would be able to get starcraft and homeworld 1/2 in vista 32bit? would love to try them.
