The Crucial would be regarded as being more reliable than the OCZ. The M4 is a very popular SSD at the moment and with good reason. Excellent RMA service as well should anything go wrong.
It is better than the OCZ drive, by better i mean faster. I actually have the Agility 3, but as soon as i have a bit of spare cash after a gpu purchase il be getting a 256gb M4.
Also of note is that the agility is a mid-range/value offering, whereas the m4 is a top end offering, so they're not in the same class.
Also the m4 will not get different performance with different data types and has one of the fastest read speeds you can get (which is the most important part, write speeds don't really matter in real life).
