The best TV-Card for PS2

Just a quick one can anybody tell me which is the the best tv-card to use for ps2.

HIGHLY recommend the following:

1) Any TV Card supported by DScaler (I use a Pinnacle 40i available for ~ £30).

2) Use S-video as input

3) Use DScaler

I'm running a NES, SNES (PAL-60 modded), N64 and Jap Gamecube (US/Jap switched, NTSC) through my system onto a 22" CRT and it is SWEET.
