Just impossible to choose really, but if I was held down and tortured and told to pick "only one" it might be Ofra Haza, although I'm sure it would be something different tomorrow... or in another five minutes for that matter...

Are we talking expressive, performance, technical or melody writing ability?

If I had to pick while trying to take all of those into account I'd have to say Chad Kroeger.
