Saw it in mid January. Seemed pretty tame for a Matt and Trey production... for about 20 minutes...

Laughed for quite a while. The various complete 'homages' to other musical types are simply brilliant.

Also bought the cast recording there (cheaper in the theatre than on Amazon) but if you've got Prime, the cast recording is on Amazon Music that's included with it.
Love that they didn't get any protests. In fact the Mormon church took out an advert in the playbill along the lines of 'You've seen the play, now read the book'

Really hilarious. Right up my alley for sense of humour. Recommended it.

Saw this a few years ago, it was good but not as funny as I hoped it would be. I'm a massive fan of South Park but it didn't quite live up to my expectations, and the singing did start to wear towards the end (absolutely hate musicals but wanted to give this a go).
