Steam Tile in the Windows store is good.

For everything else I used deviantART.

My trial for fences has expired, I don't remember a trial version when I last had it installed (had to re-install windows - its OEM and got funny when I changed to intel upon hardware failure).

Is there are free equivalent? I'm only using it to group icons together and to hide with double click
