Think i got them from DeviantArt ( the Rainmeter section ).

The weather is called ' Authentic Weather ' it's more tongue in cheek than spot on detailed.

The clock is called ' Clocko '

I'm using a different clock now called ' Simple Media ' you could look at - i prefer it :
