Or you can just open a new tab then bring up google image page then drag a picture into that tab and google will search for that image.

Haha, yep... I have a folder called "old desktop" as I collected all my old icons... I'll delete them over time, or at least that's what I tell myself.

Update...
Went for a simple theme as thats how I like my Desktop, I can't stand clutter
Looks so much better than the one above, well for me anyway.
All I've done after Prtscn is move Chrome to the far left..
