Right click the weather widget and click edit skin.

It will open an ini file. In there find the bit that refers to location and then enter the code reference that refers to your location in the 'Variables' section and save it..

I got the code for my location from here.
 
This current layout won't work, Is the layout anything like yours. Thanks
