Check the area just beneath the wing mirror. iirc the front of the nismo (bonnnet and wheel arches) were taken from the GTR race car.

They do, I think it's just that shade of silver and the angle the picture is taken from, don't accentuate the flaring well.

The Z-Tune is a whole modified car but the Nismo Bodykit thats fitted to it came out years before the Z-Tune. You could buy the bodykit (real in CFRP or copy in FG) or just parts of it and the Nismo front bumper was and still is a very popular mod. So just because a R34 has got a Nismo bodykit which happens to be the same one that's fitted to a Z-Tune it could still be a Non-Z-Tune.
