1) Scrape windscreen.
2) Get in
3) Start engine
4) Drive away.

It's not difficult. I can't work out why people damage their engines by letting a cold engine idle just to make it marginally easier to de-ice.

well to all of you saying its bs becuase of the other car not being de-iced

i'll say now its my wifes car and i always defrost it of a morning before mine, ive done it for the past 5 years! and nothing changed this morning

this is the 100% truth, and i am very very annoyed to be honest, but i didnt want to swear on a forum (i cnt shout either really)

ive lost final release papers to some jobs, uknown money worth of tools, but i dont care tbh i just want my van back

thats the most expensive part really

Yeah, the engines won't last 5 minutes if they keep that up :eek:

look guys i never posted this as bs i dont have time for bs,

i posted it because its the first time anything like it has happened to me and its the first ive heard of it. it just shocked me !!

also its a bit of a warning to other drivers out there watch out for your motor, becuase you never know.

This morning was the most frosty I've seen so far this winter.

I just sat in my car and watched it all melt as my car wasn't being stolen, god bless the air vents in my front doors.

but im a builder in south london, i build houses in the surrey area, kingswood ect
