The Dentist

I'm scared stiff of the dentist. I really need to go now as I know I've got a problem with one of my front teeth but I get nervous just thinking about it.

I don't mind the injections at all but I still feel a lot of pain when the drilling starts. I know it's only for a short period of time but I just can't bring myself to go through it, then fork out about a grand for the privilege.

If they just knocked me out totally and did the necessary then it'd be ok, is this an option?

Yes. Ask your dentist for a referral. It will cost you though...

Im not scared of the dentist, but i certainly dont relish a visit.

Last time i went it took 15 minutes of twisting, pulling, yanking, cracking and immense pain to extract one of my wisdom teeth as it was being pinned in from above, i cant remember the last time anything made my eyes water, but this made tears stream down my face, i could've filled a glass im sure. Most traumatic experience ever.

But, im sure you'll be fine.

I only went in for a filling by the way.
