The frico charge
All that baby oil payed off, he slipped right out them charges
he's got enough cash he don't care and he's old and expired in the business anyway. not been relevant for 20+ years.Doesn't really matter, he's radioactive waste and anyone associating with him after this will be asking for a lifetime of bother.
I think for sex trafficking they need to be forced of coerced. What is the difference between transporting for prostitution (guilty verdict) and sex trafficking (not guilty verdict)?
The cash is whatever, these people crave attention because when you have everything the only thing left are people.he's got enough cash he don't care and he's old and expired in the business anyway. not been relevant for 20+ years.
He'll still be very rich I assume, so will still have company...Probably 4 years, out in 2. Rest of his life without freakouts probably end him mentally. The Diddler needs his diddles.
I think that's pretty much it.I think for sex trafficking they need to be forced of coerced.
I'm sure he can still find willing participants in jail.Probably 4 years, out in 2. Rest of his life without freakouts probably end him mentally. The Diddler needs his diddles.
Forcing someone to do something is the literal definition of coercion. What you've described is manipulation and as far as I know its not illegal.I think that's pretty much it.
Transportation is basically arranging travel, or taking them from A to B without any need for coercion to be proved, sex trafficking involves coercion and is much harder to prove.
Proving coercion to a Jury is often a very high bar, because a lot of people don't understand coercion doesn't just mean putting a gun to their head and forcing someone to do something, but can involve the psychological side where you take someone who might have been willing to do something similar at first, but then keep pushing them to accept more and more and condition them to think that they're better doing what you want, than what they want.
House arrest? I'm sure he'll have a party if that happens.he'll have only served what 14 months or so by then.
hopefully he doesn't get out on house arrest or something silly
All of them should have their hard drives checked. Was funny seeing his fans outside the courthouse after the verdict smothering each other in baby oil in celebration
hopefully some of them get invited to future freak offs and find out what it;s like to be drugged, sleeped deprived and passed around like sex doll. All of them should have their hard drives checked.
The media like to quote the worst possible case even when they know it's not on the cardsFirst offense, I doubt he'll get anything like that.
