I think for CM CS, the fuse carrier should be a tank build with heavy electronics - preferably 4 piece tacticians.
The above would mean that the team members can suppress NPC's and give some good damage which would keep the 4 piece tacticians ultimate refreshed if they pop it at the right time, as well as allowing for overheal to be popped every 15-20s.
They would literally just walk on through the fire lol That is my plan for the CM build I posted a few pages back. over 500k toughness, and almost 65k electronics fully buffed.

I'd still try 2 left 2 right as to divert a lot of attention from the fuse carrier.
