Looking forward to seeing what the Snowdrop engine brings and I do hope they don't downgrade it from the E3 trailer that first showed it off. Got my Beta key, so roll on the 29th :D

i have my beta key, but dont think i will be able to play it, i got 2mb connection, so thats 200kb/s, for a 40Go client, to 3 day beta, with download only available 48h before the beta, they could have at leastreleased the client a week early, or make the beta a week long.

Minimum system requirements seem to be pretty reasonable, especially considering how good the game looks in spite of its graphical downgrade since its E3 showing.

If the PC version is also downgraded and looks the same on console except resolution, then it's another game I shall be boycotting.

They can go to hell if they tout features in interviews and trade shows that they never implement in the final release.

Can't seem to redeem my BETA code, keeps telling me the site is offline...

"The registration to the beta is temporarily offline. Please come back and try again soon."

You can guarantee this will be Witcher 3'd.

Nothing to see here, move along.

W3 saw a downgrade, but it wasn't a huge downgrade by any means - a bit of reshade goes a long way to making it look like the e3 footage (still falls short though). From what I've seen of The Division - it's taken a huge hit, but it's *hopefully* console footage floating about. If the PC version looks like the footage I've seen, then DAAAAAAAAAAAMN o.O

Are those spec recommendations for the awesome "30fps cinematic gaming experience" that UBI claimed people should be gaming at? :p :p

Exclusive PC features
It has been stated for a long time, that The Division will be optimized for each platform separately and that it won´t be just a console-port for PC players. Of course that has been met with skepticism, but now we finally have a more detailed answer, how they will support and optimize the experience for PC players:

With the SnowDrop engine, we are able to get the max out of every platform
PC has a lot of configuration options
PC supports 2/3 monitors, so we have to support that
bigger rendering settings
unlock framerates
support multiple GPUs
Matter of pride to be able to give people the opportunity to get the best out of their hardware they invested in.

of course they will - they did it with Watchdogs but claimed they didn't; reports already coming back its been downgraded a lot.

Always bit of a drama when Nidia's involved.

Throw Ubi into the mix and it's a match made in heaven.:p

I think there's the proof PC been downgraded just as much as consoles. They've put out a trailer with the best visuals, the best visuals would obviously be the PC version, what is shown here graphically is not a patch on what we saw a few years ago. Delayed it, went back to the drawing board and in that whole time took a giant **** on the game.
