**The Dragon Age Origins Thread **

Where can you see % complete / explored?

I think its the Character menu if you press Heroic Accomplishments.

Don't you need the equivilent rank to use poisons also? I can't remember now, i know you need at least 1 point to use bombs but i've never really looked at the poisons in that regard. If not you could always just create them on another character like you would with Herbalism.

I'll probably take a bit more care in my next run through, i just started my Human Rogue (i'm in the process of systematically stealing from every sucker in the castle... i don't know why since its all worthless junk ><) so i'll probably be more wary of crowd control and maybe attempt to use traps too. Not sure why though since the hardest fights in the game are always against foes you have a dialogue for which puts you in a stupid position.
Well you can stealth in combat with level 3 stealth, and then throw down traps?

Well you could... but if your gonna do that you may aswell bring a Mage and get it over with.

After all, Glyph of Repulsion (seriously has anyone ever put an Earthquake and Inferno in a room, then stuck this glyph in the doorway? Its hilarious watching them struggle to get out then go flying back inside again) and Glyph of Paralysis are quite useful seperately and when combined cause a lovely AoE Paralyze effect. Along with all the other crowd control spells at your disposal.

Some of the traps do seem useful... but i just honestly can't see a situation where you'd be better off with them than something you could place offensively also for fights where trapping pre-emptively isn't an option.

just got my friend his collectors edition but strange its not in a tin case and no cloth map like it says on the bioware website
