I had this same issue where it would randomly turn off like it had reset. It turned out it was the motherboard or cpu as it's fixed now since I upgraded.

It ain't doing that anymore. if anyones interested I have video footage.
I don't see any way a hdd, ram, or cpu issue would cause a restart without any kind of error code.Random resets with no BSOD have to be a power or temperature issue. Your temperatures are fine so it must be power. You've replaced the PSU and gfx so it must be motherboard.

. I've had this issue over the Christmas period and its been driving me mad. at first i thought it was my PSU or my new GPU but i think i've sorted it on mine.
