not a problem for most. one thing though, im sure if it's on a database (which it is otherwise there would be no list) then this is just another resource within which the government can look and see what your into or not and make character assessments.
With the integration of so many systems these days and ultra careful employers I wouldn’t be too surprised that at the very least in future any public sector job where vulnerable people are involved they would probably secretly have a look at this or you would probably not know as some minor parliamentary bill was passed and it was included in the extended CRB.
so, its not a big thing for most but it is just another weapon in the big data armada against your household.

Can't wait for people being turned down for teaching jobs or social service jobs because they happened to turn their porn filter off.
Not happening yet but this shows why lists and metadata are bad things for government/corporations to have and boy does the Internet make getting this metadata easy.
