Yep i've watched a documentary on this....

Go on youtube "this is what winning looks like" it's by Vice. They follow a depressed Major in his attempt to basically prosecute these paedophiles, but nobody cares or wants to do anything. All the village elders fiddle with boys etc call them chai boys. It's just seen as normal.... it isn't some isolated incident either, it's common and seen as part of every day life.
