It took me a little while to get used to the interface at first but trust me it's worth persevering. Once you know your way around you'll be amazed how much you can accomplish and how quickly - all without having to resort to external editors and plugins.

Great thread. I downloaded the adobe light room trial but I keep going back to Photoshop. This thread should help me understand lightroom a little more

No - that and pano stitching cannot be done in LR.

If you install DPP software which you had with your 7D and update to the latest version it now includes a HDR function, results so far have impressed me.

When used in trial mode, Photomatix Pro is fully functional and never expires, but adds a watermark to images produced with one of the two Tone Mapping methods and 3 of the 5 exposure fusion modes.

Might be ok for his personal use.

My version is 3.7.1.1 ! ?

I have found version 3.11.26 on the Canon US web site as the UK Canon web site is version 3.4 ! ! :confused:

3.11.26 is the version you are using ! ? :confused:
