He would have been if fit. When he was playing for us at left back he was brilliant till he got injured again.

Instances such as that where the rules don't work, the keeper delayed his dive anticipating Rooney playing at the ball. If Rooney wasn't there he would have dived earlier and made the save.

I think Rooney is definitely interfering with play. He's always gonna affect the keepers thought process there. If Rooney wasn't there I reckon he would have went earlier and probably saved it.

The keeper hesitated because he thought Rooney would touch it, therefore he was interfering.
