Pff can't say I'm surprised for all our good movement were over playing things but even then we ain't making enough chances, Jones has dropped ball prior to that goal so expected Oldham have shown more bite for the game but are playing dirty

Rodgers has got this wrong.

Suarez isn't tracking back and closing the space down in midfield, Sterling and Borini aren't helping their fullbacks and the defence look massively short of confidence. Need Carragher on to organise things from the back.

As for Jones, the fact Middlesbrough supporters were delighted we were even linked with him should've set off the alarms yet the demented owl still saw him as a replacement for Reina and bought him.

Would agree on Suarez, but I guess he has to test it some time, don't think fullbacks have had much of a problem, both their goals have been awful.

A sure way to beat and rattle liverpool, get a spastic referee, lump the ball, clatter into our players as much as possible. They need to toughen up and throw some elbows back.

EDIT: And I'd rather Carragher than Coates on what I've seen, he looked quite decent a few times last season, lack of playing time ****ed him up? Send him on loan, been horrendous.
 
The close up of the challenge on Sturridge leading to their goal.. jesus, how is that not a free kick? Barged over and then raked down the back of the leg.
 
Jesus doesn't get any better seeing that from Jones.

That foul on sturridge was awful, through the back and stood on his calf when he was down. No idea how probert is a ref, be more suited to playing the hunch back of notre dame
