So nervous about Sunday, when I really shouldn't be, being the huge underdogs. :(

However, you only have to look at the pedigree of the teams you have beaten to get there to know that anything is possible (but I hope not!).

Frustrating it being shown in BT Sport though, the only sports channel I don't have...:(

Looking at our run in to this is what's making me so nervous! If we'd beaten teams around us, I'd have no worries lol. 4 teams all well above us haha! I just can't wait to get down there now, and be part of the atmosphere

How do you feel about the fact that it is being held at Wembley, with a kick off time of 4pm on a Sunday, with both sides fans having to travel a significant distance?

Hugely frustrating if you ask me, travelling back would be a right pain.

I have family in London, so I'm stopping there Saturday and Sunday, so it doesn't bother me at all.. Though I can see it being awkward for others.

Should probably have been a 3pm kick off really.

On paper we should beat Wigan but seeing as they took out City in the last round, i wouldnt be surprised if they get a result against us :(.

Injuries again though, Ox, Rosicky and Gibbs are all doubts for the game. Kos and Ozil arent fit to play till next week. Only bright spot is Ramsey should be starting although not sure if thats the right thing to do as he has been out injured for most of the season. Last thing we need is him getting injured again :/.

Flappy is starting in goal and looks like we will be yet again relying on Verm and Monreal down the left side to keep things intact...which is scary as they were both torn apart by Everton on Sunday.

Flamini i think isnt able to play due to his yellow card against Everton or does that not count??.

I'm not looking forwards to the the game. I can see another Carling Cup final performance happening.

My brother works at Brentford and when Uwe was there my bro was amazed at the amount of planning and detail was put into each game. Wigan will be up for it and they'll have a plan. Us? Probably the usual turn up and see how it goes attitude.:(

I kind of want Arsenal to win as it'll provide a nice distraction for them, but I also have a soft spot for Wigan and their chairmen who likes to remind everyone he once broke his leg or whatever.

In fact I'm gonna go with hoping Wigan win on penalties after some seriously grueling extra time.

Basically how I feel about it, 95% of managers try and work out how the opposition will play and attempt to exploit their weaknesses.... Wenger all but refuses to do that. Doesn't mean if you change tactics to try and beat your opposition it will work but most teams winning things tend to find a formula to beat the opposition and Arsenal manage to never do this largely due to a manager who never helps his players out by playing the best formation/tactics/players for the opposition at hand.

Unfortunately Uwe seems exceptionally competent, has shown the ability to play to a specific opposition and Wigan has plenty of players who turn up for big games.

It's not like I put Wigan favourites but of almost any team out there Arsenal are the most capable of ******* this up. it's one of the main reasons I don't really care or get excited when we buy players. Squad quality hasn't been our problem, we could spend our money better and have a better squad but we've had a title capable(or competitive at least) squad for the majority of the last 8 years. We categorically had a better squad in every position vs Birmingham yet we still lost. We could have 5 more 40million players in the team and Wenger would still **** it up tactically, formation, starting players almost every time.

We really should be beating Wigan comfortably but it wouldn't surprised me if we choked. Even with injuries we are head and shoulders above them on paper but I think the squad still has huge mental frailties.

I'll be working unfortunately so given my ticket to my flat mate :(. Hopefully be able to watch some of it on my phone app. You going?

I'm relatively relaxed to be honest, sure that'll change come Sunday! I think we've really turned this season round and I'm feeling confident for next season. We've already gone further in the cup than people thought we would and I think we have a genuine chance against Hull.

Yeah, I'm going :) I get to most games, I think I've missed about 6 this season, home and away. Used up a lot of annual leave at work to get to them though. :(
