The Falkirk Wheel - WOW!!!

It's an impressive feat of civil engineering, especially when you see how little energy it requires to operate the boat lift.

It attracts a lot of visitors which is great for the local area

I went to visit it last year when visiting family in scotland. Whilst the actual thing is boring and slow it is quite a good bit of engineering, although by nature i'm an engineer and didnt think it was "that" amazing.

Your all xenophobic barbarians, and deserve nothing

All? Even the scotsman who supplied nelson with his tactics for the battle of trafalger? Even sir john moore who set up a training academy for the british army?

I believe a devolution should be total or nothing whatsoever.

If you want to run your country yourselves then you should get to :)

I agree but that is not what a devolved power is. We would need to be an Independent Sovereign power. At that was not what the subject of the Devolution referendum.

Do you think the same of Wales and Ireland for their respective parliaments and assemblies?

I think if they want control of their own province then they should be cut free entirely, yes.

I went to see it a few years ago when it first opened. The building next to it is a visitor centre type place. Once you've seen it rotate for the first time there's not much else to do.
