The story-line to that (if it actually qualifies as a story-line) sounds absoloutely rubbish
Anyway although the "illigal scene may be big in Japan the legal side is way bigger (and better to watch anyway I might add
)
If you want to watch it for the scantily clad women watch pron, you'll get more out of it (no pun intended)
If you want to watch it for the cars buy a DVD of drift competitions it'll be as impressive as the drifting in the film (without an annoying plot)
