Moden construction of Charles Babbages Analytical Engine - the first (by a LOOOOOONG margin) Turing-Complete* Computer.

it was designed 110 years before the next Turing-Complete computer was built.

*A Turing-complete computer is computationally capable of computing any function that any other Turing-Complete computer can calculate - thus, the Analytical Engine is capable of computing anything that say... a Core-2-Duo could calculate, if you were skilled enough to program it to do so.

By this logic, the first time you had sex wasn't the first time until you had sex again, which is not a guarantee. Therefore, there can be no such concept as first.

You can be first in a race without any competitors and still claim first place.

if it never happened a second time it would be the only time, not the first time
