The Friday Thread.

Having fun fun fun fun looking forward to the wee-eee-kend... :p

EDIT: Seriously, moving into a flat temporarily (short term lease), then tonnes of piano practice, learning Schubert's D899/1 Impromptu and have a lesson on Tuesday... argh!

Taking it easy tonight. Was giving Jamiroquai tickets for tonight but thinking of seeing Jay parading around silly hats, I opted to stay in and have a quiet one. Had a hellish week at work and AWESOME news today regarding a promotion, so I want for nothing else tonight. Had two women (worst 'I got wimiz!' post ever?) offering to come over but didn't fancy the company. I'll make a nice dinner, bottle of wine and strum the guitar until the early hours.

Yes, an actual guitar. What did you think?? :p

Good ol' Friday thread.

This weekend looks like it's going to be wonderful weather wise. Gonna be a lazy weekend for me, lots of sitting about doing not much in the sunshine. Grillin' weather for sure!

The Olympic torch is making an appearance here on Sunday morning, might just venture out to have a look-see. Although I wager a fair amount of cringeworthy pomp.

Anyone got epic plans?

Quite the thread bump!

Plans for this weekend, take the dog to the beach, bike ride tomorrow afternoon after F1Qualifying, watch the GP and then watch the Indy 500 on Sunday.

Wedding reception tonight. Meeting the new girlfriends parents tomorrow... at the League One Play Off final at Wembley... with various uncles, aunts. cousins, etc. Should be quite intense! BBQ on Sunday. :)

Not got much planned this weekend which makes a nice change over the last few busy ones.

Going to spend some time with the misses tonight I think, shes been too busy this week with work so we might put on rayman origins and start that! :)

BBQ tonight, followed by some Diablo. Mow lawns, wash cars tidy up round house tomorrow and then might head off somewhere for the afternoon with the missus and enjoy the weather while it lasts!

Was thinking off BBQ, but think Sunday would be better.

Thinking of going to b&q and buying a Drexel engraver. I want to learn to engrave wood. Can't find any decent guides/how to though. Especially raised lettering and fish scales to start with.
