The Fury(X) Fiji Owners Thread

IMHO he is tends to favour Nvidia hardware in his reviews.

More benchmarks from owners please!

Well there's that and the fact nvidia are never done sending him free stuff. He has 4 titan x cards, 3 in his pc and one on stock cooling he seems to use in review comparisons. Pretty sure he also has a 980 ti amongst others that he got to keep. I'm not even sure how much of his pc he actually paid for, i think the case is about the one thing he bought and i'm not even sure about that.

Managed to get my Eyefinity set up albeit only at 60hz for the moment :(

It was a bit unresponsive at first getting into a game, having problems with a couple just going to a black screen after pressing Start in the menus?

Managed to get in game with The Witcher 3 though at 5760x1080 with everything maxed - Hairworks off Max - 43 Avg - 35.

Also i believe theres a couple of adapters that will take care of the HDMI 1.4 problem available already and AMD are releasing their own in a few weeks.

I so do not miss kid admins spamming game chat with idiotic messages and that stupid announcement in the middle of the damn screen :) 1 year and a half sober from BF4 and happy :D

P.S. awesome framerates on dx11, what about mantle. and have you tried resolution scaling to max? :)

He just wants as much free hardware as possible, trust me he's not pleasant to deal with either. His reviews are massively uninformative - his Fury X review went on to say he didn't realise his 980Ti was running 1400 on the core. Wholly unprofessional and he gets away with it because he has a fancy camera.

I'd just about convinced myself to buy one (in the hope that more mature drivers will take it closer to the TI in my fav games), and then noticed it does not have DVI and my BenQ 11z would need an adapter of somekind :(

You can get cheap active ones on the bay of E. Just ordered one myself for £15.

1)btw, its possible get from AMD license to creating non reference version of Fury XT cards? (or it is only for light brother ,-) )

2) what about software with unlock voltage? I believe, it must be exists. As some software for AMD internal using (example as Hotdog 15h V0.0X stress CPU test)?

This guy has issues with som, I wonder if that 4GB of HBM is done and is swapping out with system ram

I saw his post in beyond3d forums about gta V aswell. His video showed AMD being very aggressive with memory. It was dropping memory usage from 3.2GB to 1.8GB in few frames, causing spikes. They really need to be less aggressive. I just don't know if that's doable without WDDM 2.0.
