the future of gaming

hmmm, I think in 20 years there will be a much better version of second life, or even one based on the real world so you can go and play real life on your PC (with the obvious advantage of fast travel and saves). There'd probably be different worlds within the game as well - so you could go to the offworld war place and have amazing battles or something... basically, I think all games will be integrated into one big game, with sidegames off the side.

In 50 years I think it'd be feasible for you just to type(or talk) into your computer and tell it what you want to do, and it'll create something customised for you to play, and you can make changes to your own personal game as you go simply by saying to your PC 'oh, that killer robot needs more miniguns, and make that park bigger'. .... wow, I'll stop imagining now before I explode from impatience.
 
Things still won't look life like... just a bit nearer. There will probably be some more advanced version of the Wii or a refined version of that thing Microsoft demonstrated
