There's nothing wrong with macs at all I've been using and repairing them as well as PCs at work for almost 8 years now. However the one ibook I do own hasn't been out of the drawer in 2 years and my main home computer isn't a mac and I doubt it ever will be. I just prefer using PCs.

Apples biggest problem is thier hardware support, again this is my opinion but in my rather extensive experience of dealing with them it's VERY poor.

the only hardware compatibility problem i've had is being unable to use a webcam over MSN. but that's probably for my own good
