Lots of blokes do this, you need to both weigh up if it is becoming such a problem that its affecting your relationship seriously. Either Mr Dair is a vain selfish person who only cares what others on an online forum think about him or he is extremely insecure and doesn't know what to do for the best to keep you as he feels like he is losing you and hides in the forums where he doesn't have to have face to face contact.

To Dair

If you don't realise something is wrong and don't talk about it, someone else will quite rightfully be smashing that pasty. It will be your own fault and we will have no sympathy.
