Yeah, ferris beuller should meet the goonies for a day and get them to go another treasure hunt, where the fratellis have changed from an ice cream parlour to cocktails so that tom cruise can appear and that one-eyed-willy's son appears as a vampire ghost from the lost boys family and chases them with a sword saying 'my name is willy montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die" , and that when the goonies are falling down the cave system they can shout back "as you wiiiiiish" , and to escape they need to be navigated out by a silver spaceship that changes shape which needs another a map to know where its going. All of this happens over the backdrop of the world ending and being consumed by the nothing, where the nothing has been swapped with global warming climate change, where the end fades to reveal a kid ( who is hiding from being faux-outraged over pronouns ) has been watching the a neverending youtube video on an ipad.
I think that would sell to the Hollywood execs ?
