I hadn't seen it anywhere advertised as being 4k, must just be being stupid! This is definitely going to be something to showcase the 4k ability of TVs I feel, if Top Gear is anything to go back as they had some stunning imagery and video in their previous series.

Cheers for the info gents.

Applied, but am there anyway - planning a driving trip through the highlands in my Noble on that exact weekend, will keep an eye out for the tents :D

Dont forget that to watch in 4K you need a both a 4K TV and the more-expensive £75 Fire TV stick (rather than the cheaper £33 or £43 ones). Also you'll need to be able to download at over 25Mbps.

Not aimed at anyone in particular, but worth knowing. :)

Is there an Amazon app on smart tvs or is it only 4k on the fire stick?

I've got the Amazon app on my LG UH850V. I haven't used it yet though, however, Netflix 4k works perfect on my broadband connection (about 12mb :( ).
Can't you download from amazon prime though?

I noticed there was an amazon app on my samsung too, 60ju6800. Looks like theres 4k stuff oln there already so looks promising for TGT, also mentions about a free month:D.

I remember Andy Wilman talking about amazon wanting 4K HDR footage, something he said they'd never have done staying with the BBC.
