The Great Hearing-Aid Rip-off!

Since I posted in this thread 7 yrs ago I now use WiFi Sennheiser headphone to listen to TV - I can turn them up as loud as I want. Take hearing aids out obviously.
 
Do you know which model these are ?

I have some sort of Siemens ones, but I cant find the model, which would give me a gauge.
