Weekdays (made the night before):

An almost solidified mix of fat-free plain yoghurt, porridge oats, dried apricots, some raw cashew nuts and a dash of Splendour sweetener. The apricots rehydrate overnight in the mix and the whole thing is delicious and very filling.

Weekends.

Either a large bowl of porridge with soy milk, Splendour and cinnamon, or a couple of poached eggs, some turkey bacon and a couple of slices of wholemeal toast.

You sir are an inspiration to all those Barry and Mary pie eaters out there.

Cheerios when I remember, often forget and only really eat breakfast when I've got work.
I've never been great at eating in the mornings so that's about the most I can suffer :p

I am just eating a mars bar and having a can of pepsi :(

I am on a funny shift today at work so if I had a proper breakfast then I will be having 4 quite big meals today.

I usually forget. This morning I had a few chocolate brownies. I always have a cup of instant coffee though. Mmm, healthy.

Shocking, absolutely shocking…

2 cups of Tea, a couple of ciggys and a kitkat during the week. Weekends if I'm up early enough it's either a bacon sarnie or a fry up otherwise nothing until I can be bothered to make something.

Emm results are surprising at the very least, not as many sugar fuelled nicotine junkies ad I would have expected.

Keep it going!!!

I let myself go over the years, and am now in the process of shedding the massive amount of excess pounds that i'm packing. That yoghurt/porridge mix for workday breakfast seems to work a treat as it fills you up and really does taste fantastic (i'm not sure if it is truly "healthy" food though, someone with more nutritional knowledge than me will have to decide).

The most "unhealthy" breakfast I allow myself nowadays is a couple of grilled Quorn sausages, grilled turkey bacon, poached eggs, tomatoes and wholemeal toast. I have that once in a while as a treat.

1: What do you eat in the mornings?
2: Why do you eat it every day?
3: Do you have any extra serving suggestions that make it extra Moorish?

1. At the moment, it's a bowl of muesli, a glass of orange and a cup of coffee.
2. Muesli is good for energy, nutrition and digestion. Coffee wakes me up. Juice is healthy and tasty.
3. Not really, no. Real coffee is obviously nicer than instant, but that takes too long.
