Alma (FEAR)

Forgot about Alma. She was amazing in the first game. I've only played the first expansion after that, and didn't find her so scary after the revalations of the first game, but first time around she was marvelous.

Wheatley from Portal 2, more as comic relief but Stephen Merchant played him brilliantly.

Not really an antagonist I suppose, but Mr Torgue from the Borderlands series.
