the gym

Hi guys


Last week i decided to join the local Gym, been a week now since ive started to eat healthy and excersise.....so far ive lost 8lbs....im not a big guy but im 6ft.4 and just wanna tone up.....any reccomendations as of what to do at the gym to lose the beer belly and a bit on the legs? :p my routine ive started to do is 55 flights of stairs on the stepping machine, 20 mins on the cross trainer and a fast walking pace on the tread mill for 15 mins :p

Never used a gym but a while back bought some 10kg (each) dumbells from lidl and the differance its making to me for about 15mins every other day has suprised me.
The biggest suprise (apart from how quick my upper body has developed) is that my bear gut is virtualy gone, maybe this is the new muscle burning more calories?

I have access to the university gym but tbh i cant be bothered to walk across campus, i only have a pair of dumbbells and in one year i would say i have increased my strength ten fold and gained 1.5 stone :)

Stick to the cardio to lose the weight and then pack on the muscle with weights. :)
