The I'm getting bored of BF3 thread

Uninstalling improved it 200% for me. It was also a lot quicker and less painfull than installing it in the first place.

I am still waiting for the fix where I am able to change server without rebooting every time.

Might install BC2 again, I was seriously addicted and only unistalled it because of high expections for BF3

totally agree and yeah bc2 was great and i only stopped playing because bf3 was released,not touched any game (apart from zelda with my kids) for 5 weeks now and not missed it at all tbh

I find, never playing 'normal mode' (i.e. BB gun mode) again improved the game a lot for me. Though 'hardcore mode' does bring it's own balance and other issues.

I played this game for a couple of hours then uninstalled. Lesson for me: don't fall for hype, again.

The only truly jaw dropping experience in BF3 is the F/A-18 launch from a carrier. The rest is generic regurgitation of whats been done many-many times.

Still very happily playing this game. I think it's awesome and if they keep rolling out new content for it I can see myself playing it for a good while yet.

Saying that though, if I didn't have a group of mates to squad up with I'd probably be done with it already. I hardly ever play without a friend on TS, it's a much more hollow experience IMO.
