I thinking of getting the UltraBlack so only just the Apple logo pokes through and maybe the black back looks more uniform - be great to see how your iP4S looks like as they never look the same as whats on the website!

Think Ill give up on the leather slipcase as I cant have the headphone connector blocked...

no, no bubbles between the phone and case

i have a clear protector on the front

dirt does get behind it tho and its delicate to take on and off over the volume control buttons, i have cracked it around that area now from taking it on and off/bumping it. i work in dusty/dirty conditons tho!

its done me well! going to order a IP5 case now, as its now on the EU site

Does it mark the phone at all with dust/dirt getting inbetween the phone and the case?
 
Ta for the effort bob055, I like the looks but like you Im prone to dropping my phone so thinking something that has a lip will help. Just gonna get a bumper and a case that fits that to cover myself - will also be avoiding protectors!

Didnt have one on my iP4 and it looks brand new - all they do is tend to dull the screen or the touch sensitivity...

I bought a switcheasy nude for my iphone 4s and would never buy another one from them again, it was awful , totally let down when i opened it and even worse when i had it on my phone for a week. Dust and grime clearly showing after a few days unless you clean it multiple times a day, felt cheap and cracked easily too.
 
Ordered myself one of these:

If it feels high quality I will hopefully keep it on for as long as I can. Although I ended up taking my bumper case on my 4 off after around 6 months.
Always kept a rubbery type case on my iPad since day 1 and never used it without. It tends to feel much nicer with it in if I'm honest and don't have to worry about putting it down on something soft or being careful so much.
Never used a screen protector and have no intentions to. I have found the screen on my iPad and iPhone to be very scratch resistant provided it isn't thrown in pockets of keys and coins. However the back on my 4 month old (faulty replacement) iPhone 4 is scratched to buggery. I can only assume it is made from a different glass, or I'm much less careful with the back.
 
I just go naked so have purchased insurance through Protect Your Bubble. £5.39 a month and they cover up to £1000 which is most than others at that price. Customer service is also very good according to reviews.
