The IT Crowd... is back!

Got a bit dull near the end when they killed off the boss and replaced him with the son which was basically the same person just diff actor. Hope they expand the ppl in it to somit like ally mcbeal amount of ppl as in a medium sized regular cast of say 10 ppl and a customer of the week kinda thing.
 
The disabled episode is most definitely one of the finest... and the episode with the Fire Department number... 0118-999-88199-9119-725....3. And the fire screensaver. Classic!
 
Apparently Denholm (Chris Morris) is returning in this series, I have no idea how that's going to work and if it's 100% fact but I've read about it on a few TV website articles.

Have a 4-hour train journey on Friday so I think I'll be watching as many of the old episodes as possible before the new series starts!

12x22 = 264 / 60 = 4.4 hours... Might be do-able! ;)
 
Didn't the last series end with the woman just saying something like "You deserve each other" or some other incredibly lazy punchline? Graham Linehan seems to have a track record for this, he seems have great difficulty in contructing a plot with a worthwhile ending in mind. I remember the ending of the last episode in the last series however because it was just so abrupt and out of place, as if he'd got to the end of the jokes and thought, "Oh, that'll do". A few of the Father Ted episodes were like this, but were often saved by the charming performances of Ted and Dougal.

But aye shame they kick the boss. He was great. I think it was the last EP of 1 season when he starts dancing LOL that was great.

ahh why did they kill him off :(
