The strange thing about Chuck Norris references (especially on a place like OcUK) is that he was largely unknown to the UK public until he became an internet meme. Before that he was almost exclusively a USA specific celeb.

Not to mention the age factor.

I just don't 'get' how British kids can find Chuck Norris references amusing since the majority haven't even seen any of his movies. :confused:

Van, some of us are unfortunate enough to remember Delta Force and it's sequels, let alone Walker texax ranger....

MacGyver, now there is a character who you could make some half decent jokes about...

He was a badass. I remember one episode where he escaped from a freezer by melting ice on the bulb, letting it run down a broken shelf edge into the lock, and refreezing it until it broke, and THEN he stopped the baddie getting away by flying an rc plane with a grenade strapped to it at their plane.
 
I've been in and out of rehab for the last 2 years. My therapist thinks I'm addicted to it.
