The new badge will supposedly be revealed on Thursday. Few people have said it's Nike's doing and even 'senior' Everton officials have complained about it but they can't do anything.
Roma have been hinting they that have a new logo coming. They have been doing a countdown on their facebook, and each time they complete more of the badge.
They have just signed with Nike too.

Roma changed their logo, as expected. Looks so bad. Looks like the one they put on fake merchendise.

Why are Roma and Everton getting new badges? Is it like Arsenal where the club management realised the badge had never been copyrighted and so to do so they needed a new 'modern' design?

Roma wanted to create brand recognition. ASR doesn't really show that it is the team from Rome. They also wanted to make the wolf computer generated, so it can be reproduced easier.
Personally, I don't agree. Milan's logo says ACM, and we all know its the Milan logo. The wolf looks crap too.

The wolf on the Roma badge looks like he's enjoying that a bit too much... Terrible effort imo.

The change to "ROMA" makes sense from a brand perspective, but my god, the linework of the she-wolf and the twins is really poor. If I didn't know better, I'd swear that was the result of a 99designs comp.
