So this is Naughty Dog's new IP coming exclusively to PS3s, probably some time next year.

So the game is set in America after it society has been destroyed by a fungal virus (based on a real thing called Cordyceps) and the cities have been overgrown and what little society is left is lawless and violent. You play Joel who has been tasked with escorting the Character of Ellie, a young teenage girl, from where, where to or why, we don't know yet but it will surely be revealed. The developers have said it will focus more on the human side of these events and that 'The Infected' will be rare and difficult to beat.
We can see from the E3 Demo that the AI is incredibly intelligent and we have been told there were multiple ways the player could have gone round that situation, even avoiding it completely through stealth.

It looks very nice, but also very much like an updated version of uncharted, looks like they even used the same model of drake for joel.

Want to see more before i decide though.
 
It only looks like uncharted as its the same engine and a third personn character focused story!

Gameplay looks totally different. More serious/realistic, no ott platforming, much slower paced and survival based! And much more brutal

Cant wait, such an amazing developer
 
I'm so glad I got a ps3 last month, so many great games coming up. Dust, beyond and the last of us were the games I got most excited by from e3 and their all for ps3 so I cannot wait for this.

Is this going to be open world? If it is then I think it might be my perfect game :)
 
After buying a new PC rig for studio work (and some gaming). I was tempted to sell my PS3 but alas I love the Uncharted games so keeping my PS3 to satisfy my Naughty Dog needs. This game looks epic.

I think it was the same with Watch Dogs as well, but then demo's this early on are usually like that. We'll have to see what the final product looks like.
