Today it feels like the first time in months in that

Not had to go anywhere
Not had to do anything
Not had demands upon me to do anything.

Long live the lazy sunday, I can't even bothered to play a game, just some tunes, my book and the log burner for company and it's bloody lovely :)

I've felt the same today. It's first Sunday in ages that I've not had something to do or somewhere to go. The missus has been hungover and I did all the jobs in the morning so I've been bored this afternoon. You know it's bad when you have to resort to doing some vSphere patching that needed to be done to occupy yourself!

Well I’m so bored, that I’ve now been reduced to reading about what the hell vSphere patching is, and it’s made me even more bored!

Stuck cooking the roast for five. Bah humbug, still, got some good tunes on, currently OMD classics.

I’m cooking a roast and it’s bliss! Locked in the kitchen, Manic Street Preachers blasting, got a Margarita and it’s just lovely.
She’s out walking the dog and I’m just chilling. Made a rhubarb crumble for pudding.
A perfect way to spend a few hours tbh!

People eat late, Sunday roast is surely between 12.45 and 13:45 ?
Could never eat at the time. I had an irish Catholic neighbours once, and they ate Sunday lunch at about 11:45 after coming back from church.

That’s breakfast time for me.

12:45-13:45 on a Sunday I'm still digesting breakfast...deciding what to have for lunch, any roast is going to be much closer to 12 midnight than midday, monsieur!

but...today has also been the first lazy Sunday for me in a while..it's decent

Sundays - I work. When I have booked a Sunday off (and not on holiday), I go on the Sunday group picks with South Leicestershire Litter Wombles. Early starts as the roads are quieter. Feel free to look at the facebook group. You be surprised with the crud we find. Oddest find for me was the bottom half of a soprano saxophone in its case. Most disgusting was a big tub of grouting full of poo.

Except Easter Sunday and Remembrance Sunday (we do the Sat instead)
