If you think it's rubbish, put your money where your mouth is and the next Electoral Role, Census, Traffic Stop, Passport application, Benefit application, Licence application or Tax Form you need to submit do not comply and see how far you get.

Yeah, because they can do all those things without your personal information and they're just asking for it so they can screw you over...

I meant that its just become the popular word thats been repeated by lots of news readers who have just been told what it means for this section of the wikileaks story.

They didn't say it once last time wikileaks was in the news, all the leaks last time were "censored to protect sources identities"
