Did you play with much lego as a kid?

I loved it, it was a fantastic film, the message was strong and it was far more than just an ad for Lego.

Yes of course and I still play with it now pretty much on a daily basis with my daughter who's bedroom is basically a Lego store.

I could just see the jokes coming before they happened and I was bored after an hour because of it. There were some really funny sections in there but I just didn't feel like its got any repeat viewing potential at all.

Still all the better if you loved it, at least you got your money's worth. :)
 
Saw this on Sat with the missus, cinema packed full of kids and their parents. But managed to find a couple of seats.

Anyhow i loved it, brilliant movie but dont think the missus enjoyed it much lol. But definiteky enjoyed it, loved the ad breaks that lego did ie the BT infinity one made me laugh.
 
Saw it tonight, it was good. Not as great as I hoped, the end is a bit drawn out but it has some really funny moments. The cast is excellent (Pretty much every time Batman is on screen he steals it)
 
I must be alone in feeling it was pretty awful. Within the first 10 minutes I felt like I had been force fed some steroids, redbull, and speed. It was just to in your face, happy go lucky. Only way I can describe it was a film lacking in story created by children at a school for ADHD.

But, then again I suppose as a 31yr old I am not the target audience.

This damn song is so addictive...

I thought it was going to be weak based on the first 10 minutes, but was very pleased in the end.

Some parts felt a bit out of place
such as the millenium falcon randomly appearing in that scene - felt forced and unnecessary and some of the dialogue was a little dull - I think they could have done better with multi layered jokes.

But the action sequences were amazing, no complaints there. My only other complaint would be lack of many different sets and themes - especially space and underwater. Too much city.
 
I thought it was going to be awesome (everything is.. ) but I didn't enjoy it that much, it had its good bits but, some films like this has a bit of adult humor, this had none.
 
Saw this yesterday afternoon with the fiancee and we were the only two people in the place :D. Got what I wanted from it and she enjoyed it too... AWESOME :D
 
Saw this at the weekend with the missus. There were only about 20 people in there!

Really enjoyed it! Been singing the song ever since, damn thing is too catchy!

Everything is awesome...
