The Lidl argument

If Nick G posted more failed ASDA girl pick up attempts and less OH NO WHITE PEOPLE HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS, LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THOSE TERRIBLE FOREIGNERS posts then he'd be slightly less intolerable than he currently is.

Nick G got 99 problems but an ASDA checkout girl ain't one.

Yes other than she should be sacked, same as any one who argues in such a manner with customers.
Selective quoting to further your argument.

Much ado about nothing. I would imagine any good manager would simply view this case on its own merits rather than blanket sack the individual. Just an opinion, of course.

?

He supposedly said:

'No, how dare you? He’s not bothering me. I’ve been here 10 years. I was having a good day until I saw your ****ing face. Go. Go. Go on, you Muslim, die. Arrogant man. Arrogant Muslim man.'

How on earth would that not be a sackable offence in any line of work? You would be an awful manager if you let one of your employees get away with saying that to a customer, whatever the circumstances.

I'm obviously a lot more laid back than you.To be honest, if somebody has given me ten years good service, I wouldn't for a second assume that the example given above would be the norm. I would be wondering as to the circumstances that led up to the incident or whether their might be mitigating circumstances? I would also compensate the customer for their trouble if found to be innocent. I don't just jump to conclusions. You learn a lot running two successful companies ;)

Sack her for putting on a performance like that. I could understand if she said it quietly too him but not scream it half way across the shop to him in front of a shop full of people.

Sounds like a petty lidl argument to me between two people who don't really have anything better to do.
