So how would that work during takeoff and landings? They put on the "fasten your seatbelt" signs for a reason...
Seatbelts on planes are for turbulence, not for take off and landing. They put on the "fasten your seatbelt" signs for a reason...
why not, it even says for flights around an hour long.Never in a million years would I stand throughout a flight.
its internal Columbian flights are there such regulations?just lol. Good luck getting past all the regulatory requirements.
25", economy is what 30-32"? so a fair saving over an entire length of a plane. That diagram looks as though there wouldn't be much difference in room between some of the planes that have quite a narrow pitched seating
planes don't only have to have a single seating system, many already have more than 1.so what do they propose be done for people who for whatever reason can't stand for an hour? people in wheelchairs, the elderly etc?
a conventional seating system at least only requires assistance for these people getting on/off the flight.

why? would you really turn down a cheaper standing seat for a 1hour flight? I see no issue at all for very short flights as long as the savings was not like £3it's still a stupid idea.
