The magic mouse - can't use it anymore!

I love my magic mouse, and wouldn't be parted from it. I hate all other apple mice too.

My only complaint is battery life, however I bought some of these USBCell batteries which are charged from a USB port for a tenner and haven't looked back.

Having ordered mine online from the Apple Store I wasn't sure exactly how big it would be in length. But I was suprised that it is, more or less the same length as my Razer Diamondback. I am still getting used to it, but its not my main mouse as I only use it with my Macbook.

Used one of these today on a friends macbook... I have to take my left finger off the thing in order to right click? I rest both my fingers on top of the mouse and they don't move off it. Not a fan.

Yes, that's how they work and it's how the previous Apple mouse worked as well.

I'm not keen on this new one, I was enthusiastic about it at first until I got my hands on one and then I realised it's just not for me. It's far too small for the way I use the mouse.

I don't have one though - I tried one in an Apple store and disliked it. I still love the concept but it just doesn't work for me at the size it is.

No worries. I love the flexibilty of them. I never want to be low on batteries and not have a charger nearby. USB is so pervasive these days too.

I've time I see them in the shops I have to stop myself from getting more!

I've got one now and when I get my Mac Pro's bluetooth fixed then i'll be all good.

£1.9k machine after a year isn't perfect yet, nice eh?

Although apple, for all my troubles has sent me: GT120, 4870, Magic Mouse and a Bluetooth keyboard...
